Jim Gillett has over 40 years’ experience of operations and business development in the international E&P sector. He joined Baker Hughes direct from university and worked mainly in Europe, Africa and the Middle East for 18 years. Since 1992 he has led Business Development for Gaffney, Cline & Associates (GCA) in the UK, concentrating on EAME and the CIS.

Gaygysyz graduated from Chuvash state pedagogical university named after I.Y.Yakovlev. He has more than 4 years of work experience in digital technologies. Participated in various conferences and forums such as the International Scientific Conference, International Investment forum, and many Oil and Gas conferences and forums. From 2021 up to the present, holds the position of Project manager (Digital technologies) at the ES “Turkmen Forum”

Graduated from Kursk State University with honors. She successfully completed a number of international advanced training courses, including the OPEN-2022 program, organized with the support of the US Department of State and Arizona State University. She has more than five years of experience in foreign companies and diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan. She began her career in the ES "Turkmen Forum" as a translator-editor of the XXVI International Conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan - 2021". In addition, she has experience in the field of simultaneous and consecutive translation. She took part in such events as the International Investment Forum OGT-2022, the International Scientific Conference: "Environmental Aspects of Hydrocarbon Production", the International Transport Conference ITCC, the International Conference and Exhibition OGT-2022, the International Exhibition ADIPEC-2022. Currently, he holds the position of project manager at the ES "Turkmen Forum".

Gozel has over 2 years’ experience in event management. She has participated in organizing various seminars, forums and conferences. She has outstanding organizational skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Has two years of experience in the event management. Worked as protocol associate in many international conferences such as: Global Sustainable Transport Conference, V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, opening ceremony of Turkmenbashi International sea port, Summit of States-Founders International fund for saving the Aral sea, World Weightlifting Championship, First Caspian Economic forum. Graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
